Training

We offer our employees free comprehensive training on a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access, as well as Internet Explorer and Windows. We also offer customized training for positions requiring use of specialized software programs.

Flexibility of Employment

Total Staffing provides employees with temporary, temp-to-hire or direct hire opportunities. Whether you want to work full time or part time, we have positions available for you.

FAQ's

Q. Are all your positions just temporary?
A. No, if you are working in a temp-to-hire position, you will work as a temp for just a short time before you go onto the client company's payroll. The client determines if they want to hire you.

Q. How often do I get paid?
A. Paychecks are issued on a weekly basis. Your first paycheck will be dated the Friday of the week following the week you started.

Q. Do you charge a fee for finding me a job?
A. No. We never charge a fee for helping you find a new position.

Q. How much will I be paid?
A. Your pay is dependent on the position you accept and the skills you have
.
Q. Do you offer holiday or bonus pay?
A. Yes, we do. As a Total Staffing employee, you are eligible for holiday and bonus pay. Your local office can provide you with details.

Q. Are all your positions entry level?
A. No, we have positions available from entry level up to senior management.

Q. My experience is limited, but I am willing to learn. Do you offer training?
A. Yes, TSSI offers computerized training on software packages most commonly used in the workplace.

Q. My transportation is limited, is public transportation available?
A. Yes, most of our positions are accessible by public transportation.
